Lluís Llongueras was born in Esparreguera (Barcelona), 24 May 1936.
Self-taught in photography, design, fashion, decoration and architecture. He studied at the sculpture workshop of the "Escola Massana" from 1981 to 1984.

Stand out among its many exhibitions: in 1993 in the Pati Llimona exhibition sponsored and organized by the Municipality of Barcelona, in 1998, the Government of Andorra exhibits his work in his showroom, and also the city of Pamplona exhibits his sculptures in the Sala del Polvorín of Ciutadella, and this year has exhibited at the Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs, Lleida, organized by the Diputació de Lleida.

In his career, won several awards: in 1987 Award Finalist
Valladolid in sculpture in 1988 Award Finalist Andrea Serrano sculpture Barcelona in 1989 to win the 2 nd International Award in Photography Dow Chemical Tarragona and in 1992 won the Gold Medal for Sculpture at the XXXVI International Exhibition of Ste. Des Beaux Arts in Beziers, France.

His works are exhibited in public collections such as the Gala Dalí Foundation in Figueres, in the Pere Vergés of Barcelona, in the Fons d'Art Futbol Club Barcelona in the Diari Avui in the Monastery Vila Bertran de Girona, and in many private collections, among which are: of S.M. King Juan Carlos of Borbón, Palacio de la Zarzuela in Madrid, Ss. Ms. Duques of Palma in Barcelona, the Duquesa de Alba at the Palacio de Liria de Madrid, Baron Von Thyssen, Villa Favorita in Lugano, Switzerland. Esther Koplowitz in Madrid, Monty Freedman in Los Angeles, Paul Bloch in New York, Berlin and Camille Vening Rubis in Paris.

Peluca acrílica de la Sala Mae West del Museo Dalí de Figueres, Monumento del Milenario en la Vila de Esparreguera, el Monumento Fundación de Bomberos de Catalunya en Montserrat, la Escultura monumental integrada en el edificio Greens-Honda en La Garriga, Arco de Formentera en el Puerto de la Savina, la Escultura “Musa III” en el centro cívico Pati Llimona y la escultura monumento en la Institución Pedagógica SEK Catalunya de La Garriga.

Ha diseñado también la Copa Catalana de la Federación de Fútbol, la “Gimnasta
Cósmica”, maqueta-proyecto para el Museo Olímpico de Lausana en Suiza, Trofeo “Aliment còsmic” Premio Newspa del Gremio de Panaderos de Catalunya.

His great and powerful studio-workshop in Putxet (Barcelona) is a visitor center for art lovers.
